- Magic Touch serves veterans and accepts VA Community Care referrals (VA TriWest).
- Process (per VA.gov): the veteran asks their VA health care team for a community care referral; VA reviews eligibility
  and prepares the referral (up to 14 days); the veteran schedules with Magic Touch or VA schedules; VA sends an
  authorization letter, which the veteran brings to the visit. VA covers only the care listed on that letter.
